In no case shall Sell My Chopper Classifieds be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client side browser issues. The following disclaimer and terms of use apply to all listings submitted to the Sell My Chopper Classifieds site. It is also understood that any person submiting a listing to Sell My Chopper Classifieds will have been presented with this disclaimer and these terms of use prior to doing so, and as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.

CONDITIONS OF USE
You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings to Sell My Chopper Classifieds.
